Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. 2.Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media. 3.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies. 4.Brand Management: Oversee brand management and ensure brand consistency in all marketing initiatives and communications. 5.Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content for various marketing channels. 6.Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals. 7.Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, media, vendors and agencies. 8.Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. 2.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive with at least 2 years in the marketing field. 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Creativity and commercial awareness. 5.Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 6.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7.Experience in the Beauty sector
