Marketing Director - Brand Marketing

We seek a Brand Director to lead and oversee our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, strengthen our brand presence, and resonate with our B2B target audience. The Brand Director will manage creating, distributing, and optimising high-quality content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Additionally, this position will involve market analysis, campaign management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
+ Proven experience (7+ years) in brand marketing or marketing leadership roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
+ Strong understanding of the Saudi market and cultural nuances in business communication.
+ Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
+ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
+ Fluent in Arabic and English.
+ The job holder is to perform their duties in the office as it requires communication with employees at all levels.
+ The job holder may have to perform some duties outside the office, such as visiting a training institution or a place to conduct the training, etc.
