The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and advertising plans to promote properties, enhance brand visibility, and analyze market trends. This role involves coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns, managing digital platforms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales and attract potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing & advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience
• Elevate the company's brand presence in the real estate market through various marketing initiatives
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns focused on converting leads into sales
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities
• Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and property exhibitions
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring goals are met and performance aligns with company expectations
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including brochures, online listings, videos, and advertisements
