Job Summary:
The Market Business Development Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic market initiatives through in-depth analysis, professional proposal development, and executive-level reporting. The candidate will work closely with internal Philips leadership and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, develop compelling business cases, and drive smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Market & Business Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, gather competitive insights, and analyze business trends to support strategic decision-making.
•Financial & Data Analysis: Develop financial models, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts to assess market opportunities and business viability.
•Proposal & Presentation Development:
•Create high-quality, professional proposals tailored for external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
•Develop impactful internal reports and presentations for Philips’ senior leadership and steering committees.
•Ensure all materials align with corporate branding, messaging, and strategic objectives.
•Stakeholder Engagement:
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop compelling business strategies.
•Support leadership with structured reporting and insights to guide decision-making.
•Strategic Planning & Execution:
•Assist in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Philips’ growth objectives.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
•4-6 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or strategic planning, preferably in healthcare/medical technology.
•Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (or similar tools) with experience in designing professional presentations and proposals.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
•Experience in developing executive-level reports, business cases, and client-facing proposals.
•Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
