Job Description
Job Summary:
The Market Business Development Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic market initiatives through in-depth analysis, professional proposal development, and executive-level reporting. The candidate will work closely with internal Philips leadership and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, develop compelling business cases, and drive smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Market & Business Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, gather competitive insights, and analyze business trends to support strategic decision-making.
•
Financial & Data Analysis: Develop financial models, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts to assess market opportunities and business viability.
•
Proposal & Presentation Development: • Create high-quality, professional proposals tailored for external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop impactful internal reports and presentations for Philips’ senior leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure all materials align with corporate branding, messaging, and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop compelling business strategies.
• Support leadership with structured reporting and insights to guide decision-making.
•
Strategic Planning & Execution: • Assist in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Philips’ growth objectives.
•
Continuous Improvement: Identify best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or strategic planning, preferably in healthcare/medical technology.
•
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (or similar tools) with experience in designing professional presentations and proposals.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience in developing executive-level reports, business cases, and client-facing proposals.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
