Building strategic partnerships with health-providers, key decision makers, authorities, and committee members. Full understanding of marketplace, NUPCO and enlisting process. Develop strategic market access plans for Strategic Portfolio and New Launches to achieve overall company’s objectives and ensure the implementation of a plan with the cross-functional team for accelerating and maximizing market access.Market Access and Insurance department in Saudi has key areas of responsibility: by supporting business priorities, enhance access and health insurance delivery across all therapeutic area, and partnership with all business partners.Responsibilities:Deep understanding of Saudi Reimbursement Process and Healthcare system in the governmental sector.Recognize the unmet needs and gaps in the market and ensure customer value creation.Identify accounts’ pain points and capitalize on the strategic leverage points to accelerate the enlisting process for New-Launches in alignment with KAM and commercial team.Tailoring payer value story and ensuring communication of value proposition to all stakeholders.Create and ensure implementation of value-added programs to maximize formulary enlisting for New-Launches.Develop, implement, and manage innovative Programs & partnerships with Health-providers, authorities, key stakeholders, health-economics and committee members.Develop Stakeholder Mapping for insurance companies and strategic accounts with a clear engagement plan.Managing challenges and exploring opportunities in the governmental sector.Competitive Intelligence and identifying the proper actions for implementation to create value versus competitors.Formulate market access plans and customized solutions for strategic portfolio and new launches to achieve overall company objectives and ensure the implementation of a plan with the cross-functional team for accelerating and maximizing market access.Develop segmentation for Jamjoom products to ensure the proper approach for each segment.  Distinguish access opportunities for Pre, New-Launches and strategic products as part of life cycle management.Tracking dynamics and trends in the market and conduct market research for gathering insights about the market to shape business strategy formulation.Develop partnership with clinical pharmacist, health-economics, pharmacy community and committee members at Saudi. Ensure that the cross-functional team is fully equipped with new regulations and dynamics in the market.Make sure of the alignment, integration, and collaboration for cross-functional team to confirm the implementation of the unified message to accelerate enlisting process in aligning with leadership team’s strategies and objectives.Align with Tender and commercial for the proper pricing strategy according to the market intelligence.Candidate requirements:Educational Qualifications: University degree in pharmacy.Minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven sustainable records of achievement.  Market access /Key account management experience is requiredFull understanding for Saudi Reimbursement Process and Healthcare system in the governmental sector. Strong Leadership capabilities and evidence of collaboration across matrix environment.Excellent communication: strong writing and presentation skills.Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal skills.Strong project, time management and organizational skills.Flexible and has high learning agility that allows for quick adaptation to new priorities and business opportunities.Demonstrated ability to work as a team player cross functionally.Fluency in Arabic and English required.Based in Riyadh city, KSA and requires travelling across the kingdom as determined by business.
