Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing knowledge Management Specialist to play a pivotal role in Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organizations to lead GME global Knowledge Management initiatives. The Technology & Manufacturing Oversight Department (T&MOD) drives organizational success by leading Digitalization & Technology Management, Knowledge Management, and Performance Management programs across Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing Wholly-Owned and Affiliate facilities (Including refining, petrochemical and NGL facilities). It ensures effective resources management, and fosters collaboration with stakeholders via aligning these programs with Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) strategy. It also oversees the deployment of other GME programs across the facilities, focusing on strategic alignment and performance enhancement to address challenges and achieve manufacturing excellence. Your primary role is to provide strategic guidance to GME management across our Performance Improvement Networks (PINs) where you will oversee the programs execution, ensure continuous alignment with relevant stakeholders and administer the process to ensure its objectives are achieved. GME PINs Program consist of three main elements:
Networks of Leaders.
Communities of Practices.
Knowledge Hub.
Key Responsibilities As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Oversee PINs program development and execution, ensure continuous alignment with roadmap relevant stakeholders and administer the operations of the program elements
Administer Networks of Leaders activities, manages resource allocation, and supports cross-functional activities to achieve GME mandates
Oversee + 30 CoPs across Global Manufacturing Portfolio by addressing the identified challenges, sharing best practices & lessons learned and ensure that all captured best practices & lessons learned at CoPs workshops
Oversee the process of capturing, archiving and disseminating best practices and lessons learned across the portfolio. Ensures effective control of assets knowledge and documents, maintaining up-to-date and accessible information
Minimum Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a:
You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
You will have minimum of 15 years of experience leading knowledge initiatives in manufacturing.
10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas manufacturing business.
Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) from the KMI (Knowledge Management Institute) is preferred.
Expertise in knowledge engineering, expertise mapping and learning systems.
You will have track record of developing and applying taxonomies at scale.
You will have experience in designing and implementing integrated knowledge platforms.
