The opportunity
We’re looking for a SAP Program Manager for our Riyadh, KSA office.
Key Profile Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• You will ideally have 14+ years of relevant professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation, experienced with skilled experience as Program delivery lead in minimum 6 projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Broad SAP application skills
• Good Public Sector knowledge
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• The program manager will be responsible for establishing and leading a central Program management office , oversee the deployment of SAP Global Template solution across various entities.
• Ensure successful delivery of the program
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
• Vendor Management , Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process, performance controlling
• Provide regular updates to senior management on program activities, project status, and vendor performance.
• Lead a Team of project Managers supervising the delivery of roll outs across multiple entities
• Establishing robust project management governance, structure, frameworks and processes
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure that deliverables from vendors meet the organization's quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions when quality issues arise, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all rollout projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensures risks and issues are effectively mitigated or resolved.
• Responsible for reporting and raising issues to Business Stakeholders where Programme Timeline / Quality etc. may be impacted.
• Attends Steering committee, change control board and any other governance meetings as required
• Stakeholder management and issues resolution
• Lead the team to ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget, schedule, required quality, within the client requirements
• Strong Program management skills
• Broad SAP application skills
• Strong knowledge in SAP Activate /Agile/ Hybrid implementation methodologies
• Capability of presenting the value proposition in the module / area,
• Very good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills
Additional Requirements:
• Strong knowledge in Program management, Project management standards, Overseeing and controlling projects
• Strong knowledge in business processes and practices
• Good Understanding of processes related to business requirement collection and analysis, build of product roadmap requirement and product delivery
• Good Public Sector knowledge
• Demonstrated track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena
