Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of innovative real estate development. Manager – Technical and Digital Learning will execute the design, development and implementation of technical eLearning content across the Qiddiya program.  The role will be responsible for leading the development of self-paced learning and the successful implementation of blended learning programs within the project and across all delivery teams.  The role will report to the Senior Manager – Technical Learning.


Responsibilities
    • Deliver the program-wide Digital Learning strategy; implement and manage the intended Learning Hub, develop learning spaces, learning pathways and learning content
    • Manage and drive digital learning standards as intended by QIC, including the set up and operation of Learning Subject Matter Expert forums within the QIC Delivery Organization
    • Analyze business needs and recommend eLearning solutions that are appropriate to business needs
    • Develop and deliver high quality eLearning experiences and instructional design content and courses and ensure they align with strategic priorities
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective digital learning content
    • Conduct regular evaluations of digital learning content to measure the effectiveness of content and recommend improvements it meets the needs of our learners
    • Stay up to date with the latest technological and eLearning trends, recommend new strategies for improving the digital learning experience
    • Develop content that support the rapid integration of teams and empowers people to self-develop key skills and behaviors expected within their role
    • Drive the capability of learning content development within Qiddiya and enable a culture of learning
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and engagement of digital learning initiatives
    • Communicate new learning initiatives to all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives.
    • Keep informed of the latest learning technologies, test new innovations and advise when technologies are superseded
    • Creation of content that supports the overall employee experience within Qiddiya.
