Manager Statistical Register (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager for the Statistical Register in Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of statistical registers that are vital for data collection and analysis across various sectors. This position will require collaboration with government agencies, private organizations, and international bodies to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.

• Strong Understanding of Statistical Registers: In-depth knowledge of managing population, household, and business registers, including their structure, function, and application in national statistics.
• Data Management Expertise: Proficiency in handling large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency. Experience in data cleaning, validation, and integration from various sources such as administrative records, surveys, and external databases.
• Experience in Data Integration: Practical experience in integrating diverse data sources into statistical registers, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with SMEs' requirements.
• Proficiency in Data Tools and Technologies: Experience with data processing tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is an asset.
• Knowledge of International Standards: Familiarity with international statistical standards and frameworks (e.g., UN Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics, GDDS, SDMX) and the ability to apply these in register management.
• Change Management: Experience leading modernization and change management efforts, particularly in transitioning to advanced data integration and processing technologies, including cloud computing and big data tools.
