Role Summary:
As Manager, Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing a comprehensive logistics operations across the Trojena operations ensuring efficient material movement. You will collaborate closely with the project logistics team, asset Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams, as well as Project Management Consultancy (PMC) teams to ensure timely and delivery of materials in alignment with asset construction schedules
Responsibilities:
- Manage a comprehensive logistics operations at Trojena, ensuring efficient material movement to support asset construction.
- Engage proactively with the Solutions team, EPC teams, and PMC teams to coordinate material delivery plans and optimize logistics processes.
- Partner with asset teams to understand asset construction schedules and ensure timely material delivery to support construction milestones.
- Develop comprehensive plans for the ramp-up of logistics operations to accommodate changing asset construction requirements.
- Strategically plan for resource allocation, equipment procurement, and workforce needs to efficiently manage material movement.
- Define roles and responsibilities, provide leadership and mentorship, and ensure the team's capabilities are aligned with operational demands.
- Implement strategies to optimize material flow within the project, reducing bottlenecks and minimizing delays.
- Ensure materials are delivered to assets in the right quantity, quality, and at the right time.
- Oversee all aspects of bulk storage operations, ensuring seamless handling from reception to dispatch, Implement robust inventory management practices to monitor and control stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing storage space and ensuring timely movement of bulk materials.
- Oversee and optimize road transportation activities within yards, terminals, and ports, Develop and implement specialized strategies for efficient cargo handling and transportation.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management for at least 10 years, with a track record of successful leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-related software and technologies.
