We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter with a proven track record in managing large deals within the Public Sector (PS) in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess strong connections and relationships within the PS customer base and demonstrate a deep understanding of the market landscape.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Public Sector.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the PS customer base.
4. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and support, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
7. Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on managing large deals within the Public Sector.
3. Strong network and connections within the Public Sector customer base, including government agencies and entities.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
7.10+ years of relevant work experience in industry
8. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be essential.
