Manager - QA & QC (DEL-223)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated Manager - QA & QC to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes for our projects, ensuring that all aspects of development meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Develop and implement QA & QC strategies and plans to ensure project quality objectives are achieved.
• Conduct regular quality assessments, inspections, and audits across all project phases to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and manage the QA & QC team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to integrate quality practices into project workflows.
• Establish quality benchmarks and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Document and report quality control results, highlighting key findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external parties, such as subcontractors and vendors, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and resolve quality-related issues, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to enhance departmental capabilities.
• Provide training and resources to project teams on quality management processes and tools.
