Manager - Project



Job Description



This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the given timeline. It will also oversee all aspects of the project, including coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery
Project Planning and Initiation
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, control measures, and deadlines estimates. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Project Execution and Control
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Monitor project progress and track key milestones and deliverables. Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and best practices
Stakeholder Management & Project Documentation
Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct stakeholder meetings, gather feedback, and address concerns. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders. Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Skills



Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, IS). Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
