Job Summary

The Manager of Industrial Development is responsible for aligning industrial and investment opportunities, plans, and activities with the organization’s overall strategy and business objectives. This role involves overseeing and participating in the research of emerging industrial trends and requirements in Saudi Arabia to recommend optimal investments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and align industrial and investment opportunities initiatives, plans and activities with the organization’s overall strategy and business objectives.
• Supervising and participating in research on Saudi industrial and manufacturing trends and emerging requirements to recommend ideal investments.
• Building and maintaining effective business relationships with key industry stakeholders, investment bodies and foreign companies to promote services and attracting investments.
• Representing the organization in front of research and development houses and consulting companies that aim to conduct market analyses, studies, and specialized work and provide
• Results are reported to senior management.
• Managing and organizing special studies that investigate the feasibility of new commercial investments and recommending actions to senior management.
• Ensuring the effective development and high performance of numerous research, studies and product/service improvement activities including idea generation and design.
• Product/service, trial implementation, product/service launch and delivery.
• Monitor and assist in the development of new product/service models and plans in coordination with all relevant organizational units.
• Supervising coordination and working with the “sectors” in order to understand and analyze the challenges and obstacles facing current or future investors.
• Conduct practical studies and provide recommendations for resolution and mitigation.
• Ensuring that we keep pace with market trends and benefit from this knowledge to provide recommendations that help attract local and foreign investments.
• Providing a periodic status report to senior management and recommending ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s investments

• Business administration degree or its equivalent
• 12 years of experience
