As the MEP Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from the design phase through to construction and completion.

• Guide and inspire your team, working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that our MEP systems are fully integrated into the overall building design.
• Dive into MEP designs, making sure they align with project goals and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Keep a close eye on the MEP budget, finding innovative ways to save costs while maintaining the highest quality.
• Create and manage timelines, collaborating with other teams to avoid conflicts and ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement quality checks and conduct inspections, ensuring that every aspect of our MEP systems meets expectations.
• Ensure all MEP work is compliant with local codes and regulations, keeping safety and quality top of mind.
• Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders, addressing any challenges that arise with a problem-solving mindset.
• Provide regular updates to management on MEP progress, highlighting successes and addressing any issues transparently.

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Electrical, (a master’s degree is a plus).
• 15 years in MEP management, with at least 5 years on large-scale building projects.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are a bonus.
• Familiarity with MEP design software (like AutoCAD and Revit) and a solid understanding of building codes.
• A natural leader who can motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.
