Manager – Medical Engagement Management

Job Description:
To lead and manage complex medical engagement projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Project Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
Internal Communication:
Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing between the internal team Develop and implement innovative engagement strategies, including advisory boards, speaker programs. Create periodic operational newsletters
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and other industry experts. Manage expectations and address concerns of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all project activities.

Bachelors degree in related field Experience in managing and implementing projects 2 years in Cost effectivness Management program is a plus Masters Degree – desirable
