Manager - F&B and Retail Application (COR 224)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and innovative Manager - F&B and Retail Application (COR 224) to lead our efforts in enhancing food and beverage and retail applications within our dynamic organization. In this critical role, you will ensure that our application solutions support operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our diverse entertainment offerings.

Your expertise will play a vital role in the integration and optimization of application systems that cater to the F&B and retail sectors, driving efficiency and satisfaction.

• Direct the design and implementation of IT applications for F&B and Retail, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Business Relations team to clarify requirements and participate in the identification of solutions and tendering processes.
• Facilitate workshops with business users, vendors, and MSI to create comprehensive application designs.
• Emphasize process optimization by utilizing previous experiences to assist stakeholders in enhancing efficiency and user experiences.
• Manage the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business users, vendors, and MSI for F&B and Retail applications.
• Offer subject matter expertise on F&B and Retail systems, providing insights to stakeholders during the design and delivery stages.
• Ensure that application designs fulfill user expectations and provide outstanding guest experiences.
• Supervise Level 2 support for F&B and Retail applications, collaborating with vendors for prompt resolution of Level 3 issues.
• Monitor system performance and work with the Director to identify and execute enhancements.
• Ensure operational continuity by proactively tackling potential system issues.
• Effectively manage resources to meet delivery deadlines and deliver high-quality support services.
