• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of real estate development projects, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design development, construction, and handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project objectives, develop design briefs, and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate and oversee activities of architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction progress, identify and address issues, and ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, control costs, and negotiate agreements with vendors and contractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and permits, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout the development process.
