JOB PURPOSE:


§Manage, direct and follow up all Contracts Management activities


§Direct ideas and take an appropriate decisions to achieve objectives according to approved regulations and procedures


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:


·Direct supervision on the Department’s staff, distribute tasks, follow-up and evaluate their performance to ensure production continuity.


·Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures which comply with the approved processes to achieve day-to-day operations in a controlled manner.


·Coordinate and complete the administrative procedures for any contracts related to Saudia Royal Fleet Unit.


·Apply the specifications mentioned in the approved contracts and ensure that service providers comply with them and complete the procedures of amendment requests.


·Identify suppliers and service providers, negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, prepare offers requests and raise recommendations to executive management.


·Review service providers’ invoices and ensure that they conform to the conditions stipulated in the contracts.


·Provide necessary support to all departments of Saudia Royal Fleet Unit in matters related to contracting and conducting contracts.


·Prepare monthly and periodic reports according to executive directives.


·Establish and develop a contracts and official documents keeping system.


·Ensure compliance with all administrative safety and security regulations and procedures to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.


·Preparation of the annual training courses and vacations scheduling for the Department staff and obtain needed approvals.


·Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments and represent the Department in meetings inside/outside the Division.


·Perform any other tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor.


Languages:


Advanced Level of English


Education:


Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Regulations.


Experience: 


Minimum of 9 years work experience, 4 years Relevant Field , 3 Years Supervisory Level.
