Qiddiya Investment Company is currently looking for a talented and driven individual to fill the position of Manager - Commercial to support the MBS Stadium commercial activities. This role is crucial in shaping the commercial vision of our projects and ensuring strategic alignment with overall business goals.

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that enhance project revenue and operational efficiency.
• Perform in-depth market analysis to identify business opportunities, competitive pressures, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
• Lead negotiations with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to establish favorable contract terms.
• Monitor project outcomes through KPIs and provide insight-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes for commercial projects.
• Oversee financial matters including contractor payments and deliverable timelines.
• Engage in continuous learning of industry best practices to introduce innovative commercial strategies.
• Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate the commercial performance of assets.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to build a stronger commercial acumen within the team.
