Role Summary:


The Manager Cash Centre is the overall in charge of Cash Centre directly reporting to Director Cash Centre. He manages overall end-to-end all aspects of operations as well as department Head.


Main Responsibilities:


  • The Manager Cash Centre manages day-to-day operations all across the designated regions, manages the team of junior managers and supervisors, is responsible for annual budget planning for the department countrywide, improves efficiency by increasing the average number of replenishments per route, carries out meetings with senior officials of banks and collects feedback to tailor operation, reads customer feedback from senior levels of banks, carries out interviews and screening of potential employees for the department.
  • The Manager Cash Centre ensures that all employees are trained & meet with the laid down standards of the KSA gov., carries out annual appraisals and ensures that personal objectives were met each year, maintains health and safety standards, effectively responds to customer queries and ensures that all are resolved within agreed time.
  • The Manager Cash Centre records weekly and monthly SLA in order to assess the overall performance of the department and identify weak areas to plug in the gaps accordingly, effectively achieves annual targets laid down for the financial year.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in various rules.

Required Skills:


  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
