Manager - Business Operations & Analytics

Overview:
The Manager – Business Operations & Analytics will work closely with the Director of Internal Operations & Organizational Design to implement strategic initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination. The role requires strong business acumen, data management skills, and a proactive approach to managing deadlines, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Execution: Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
3. Data Management & Reporting: Manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
4. Process Optimization: Identify process improvements and propose solutions.
5. Policy Development: Document and maintain organizational policies in line with strategic goals.
6. Presentation & Business Case Development: Prepare business cases, presentations, and financial models.
7. Technology Adoption: Stay updated on new business and technology tools and promote their use within the organization.
8. Deadline Management: Proactively manage project deadlines and deliverables.
9. Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
