Manager, Business Engineering

Role Overview

CMD Business Engineering is responsible for the design and delivery of the CMD technical program and provide cross-cutting capabilities including: 1) Business Engineering (financial model, budget, procurement, planning, risk management, communications and reporting), and 2) Enterprise Architecture (technical design authority, cyber security, privacy compliance, and governance).

The Manager Business Engineering (LBE) will lead the CMD Business Engineering activities and manage the efficient, effective and compliant delivery of the CMD Program. The role will report to the Senior Manager Business Engineering and will work closely with HW Corporate Services and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the business engineering team.
• Maintain the CMD Digital Master Plan including HW Strategy alignment.
• Oversee the Business Engineering function and provide cross-cutting support to the CMD Department.
• Manage interfaces, interdependencies and alignment with other HW Divisions and PMO.
• Manage the Financial management of CMD Division including develop and maintain the CMD Financial Model, CMD budget, risk management process, communications and reporting.
• Manage the CMD procurement pipeline including supporting project documentation, procurement, and contract management.
• Support the management of intellectual property and commercialization of CMD products and services.
• Key point of contact for alignment with other HW Divisions, Tonomus and other NEOM Sectors and Regions with respect to project dependencies

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in one or more project and program management methodologies (e.g. Prince2, PMP, RMP, PgMP).
• Experience in team development, motivation and leadership.
• Experience in the development and implementation of technology strategies and policies within a health environment.
• Experience in the successful delivery of complex programs and technology transformation at a regional level.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose solutions.
• Experience in the development and implementation of medical technologies, health policy, medical facilities would be an advantage.
• Experience in technology business startup and commercialization would be an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Certification in relevant project management methodologies or frameworks.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical program delivery, with health experience an advantage.
• Master’s Degree in Business Management, Science, Engineering or a related field would be an advantage.
