Manager - Buildability (DEL-226)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager - Buildability to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on ensuring that all design and construction processes are practical, cost-effective, and align with the company's vision for sustainable and innovative developments.

As the Manager - Buildability, you will liaise with various stakeholders to assess designs for efficiency and constructability through each project phase, ensuring that plans are executable within the project’s defined constraints.

• Analyze project designs and plans to assess their buildability and identify potential challenges or inefficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that designs are practical and can be constructed effectively.
• Conduct value engineering assessments to recommend changes that enhance project's feasibility and reduce costs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate buildability issues and resolutions with project teams.
• Review project schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with buildable designs, and address any discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain buildability guidelines and best practices to be used across all projects.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with buildability principles.
• Stay current with industry trends and new construction methods to drive innovation in buildability practices.
