We are seeking a Manager – Asset Management to create and implement a governance framework for strategic capital investment planning and management for a major client in infrastructure. This role is essential in aligning investments with asset condition and the company’s strategic objectives to maximize value, while ensuring compliance with asset management principles and industry best practices.
The Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, develop robust capital investment processes, create asset assessment guidelines and drive strategic planning initiatives to optimize asset performance and financial outcomes.
General Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction: Lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of capital asset investment planning frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals for asset investment planning.
Process Development: Develop, deploy, and maintain robust capital investment work processes while monitoring and refining KPIs.
Budgeting: Prepare annual capital project budgets and cash flow forecasts for board approvals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Project Oversight: Monitor and control capital project investment activities across the lifecycle, including feasibility studies, cost estimation, budgeting, and approvals.
Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly and quarterly project status and performance reports to airport executives.
Asset Assessment: Create guidelines for asset assessment based on industry best practices for different asset classes.
Leadership & Development: Establish work plans, performance standards, and provide leadership to direct reports, fostering professional growth and adherence to organizational policies.
Role Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) are preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Asset investment planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
Proven expertise in asset management, ideally within the aviation or transportation sectors.

Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Proficiency in financial metrics, tools and SAP for investment analysis and management.

Familiarity with ISO 55001 standards and asset management best practices is an advantage.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of asset digitization and automation technologies.
Awareness of Saudi Vision 2030 goals and Middle East regulatory landscapes.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
