Role Purpose

The Manager of Asset Delivery is responsible for assisting in managing the development and execution of assets for TOPIAN, NEOM Food sector, from project inception to delivery and handover/occupation, with particular emphasis on maximizing return on invested capital and operating profitability, including management of cashflow, through close coordination with NEOM Finance and all NEOM Sectors and Departments.

The Manager of Asset Delivery shall also collaborate with colleague leaders across the Proponent, Sector and Department teams to enhance culture of development excellence and elevate the quality of built assets, to deliver the NEOM vision on time, on budget and to the highest international standards.

The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Assets for the Food Sector primarily focusing on the Design/Construction/Testing & Commissioning stages of the asset lifecycle. Function-specific

• Be the interface between proponent, Projects team, PMC, contractor, regional proponents and other relevant sectors to communicate asset needs and requirements.
• Develop and communicate asset briefs, business cases and development plans of key assets.
• Understand asset requirements and drive asset delivery from vision to conception to execution to handover.
• Help draft the tendering documents for asset design and construction.
• Assist in the deliverables and contents developed by sub-contractors and coordination of all design operations, and secure project advancement through mandated review and approval phases.
• Make sure the overall design, construction, and startup-costs are within budget and timelines.
• Work with all internal stakeholders to achieve mutual desired outcomes through a collegiate and collaborative working approach.
• Prepare progress and communication reports directed to all relevant stakeholders.
• Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s values.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful project outcomes is a must.
• Strong coordination and organization skills and willingness to proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven team-player contributing to multidisciplinary teams.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of jobsite experience in large scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management acquired over time through practical experience.
• Past experience in dealing with technical issues across multiple disciplines. (Civil/Structural/Piping/Electrical/Mechanical/etc…)
• Relevant experience in dealing with commercial/contractual terms and managing variation orders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
