In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the application design and delivery for Yardi-based solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and contribute to our operational efficiency.

• Formulate, develop, and implement effective growth strategies and processes for application services and offerings, establishing a market demand for innovative high-tech services and application solutions.
• Evaluate business requirements and deliver application solutions for Qiddiya,
• Establish, enhance, and oversee the application team's capabilities to develop and execute application solutions.
• Hold regular meetings with the team to assess outcomes and provide direction.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Foster team development by introducing or recommending opportunities for learning and both professional and personal growth.
• Inspire and guide the team; attract, hire, and retain the necessary talent.
• Convert client organizational objectives and key success factors into practical IT strategies.
• Share best practices in systems and application development.
• Encourage innovative ideas and new approaches to business.
• Drive significant transformation in the technical and operational landscape of business stakeholders by enhancing service quality, reducing costs, or boosting productivity.
