Job Summary
This position is responsible for maximizing uptime of all process lines and ensuring optimal availability of all utilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maximizing the availability of machinery and utilities as per OEE norms
- Monitoring all equipment and advising for refurbishment and replacement as per requirement
- Carrying out repairs of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner
- Assisting in the development of planned preventative maintenance schedules (PPM)
- Executing PPM schedules and planned work orders as required
- Identifying spares requirements and control / log usage
- Ensuring adherence to QHSE requirementsPerforming root cause analysis to ensure corrective/preventive action to maximize uptime
- Reporting breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to management, Group Leader and Lead Tech
- Leading all project implementations along with Factory Head to ensure completion within stipulated time and costs
- Vendor development for cost effective alternatives
- Training & developing the team towards better performance

Work experience requirement
5 years of relevant experience
Qualification
Technical Diploma with 10 years of managerial experience, or Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)
