We are hiring a Maintenance Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, specifically in maintenance and spare parts management. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. In this role, you will lead all maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure efficient operations. You will also troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that machinery and equipment meet safety standards etc. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
