Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Maintenance & Engineering department to ensure that all facilities are maintained in good working condition and all systems are in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations to ensure a safe, functional, cost effective and comfortable environment.
