SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed and ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality.
Manage maintenance personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality.
Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs
Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance and actively work together with operations to develop operations equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.
Coordinate maintenance work with affected area owners to plan work orders appropriately.
Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures and ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Control Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing.
• Fluent in English& Arabic both verbally & written.
Location - Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
