JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Work collaboratively with operations managers to improve overall site efficiencies and reduce breakdowns through implementing UMS (Unilever Manufacturing system) for the assigned pillars.
Manage the department budget and work on cost optimization agenda.
Manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site
Liaison with projects team to deliver factory initiatives, innovation, and savings OTIF.
Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts, and contractors.
Build and support on SHE & PSM compliance.
Risk Assessment – Risk & Mitigation Plan Control.
Build and transform future fit maintenance Team & deploy future Engineering and digital Transformation agenda.
Maintain Engineering Database (Technical and Legal Requirement)
Outputs / performance Metrics
ZERO TRFR, ZERO ABC incidents
Delivery of Performance Metrics for PM (Asset Reliability, MTBF, MTTR ,OLE, etc )
OTIF delivery of innovations and factory transformational projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Professional Engineering Skills (Educated to degree standard in an engineering)
Project Management (Working Knowledge)
Maintenance Principles and Best practice (Fully Operational)
Budget Management (Fully Operational)
Ability to travel
Attained Professional Engineer Status (or member of professional institution)
Firsthand experience & proven track record of delivering projects and leading operations.
Team Management and Development capability

5+ Years experience of Engineering/ operations management in FMCG / related Industry
