Job Title: Machine Operator - Deodorant Line Location: BUL Factory – Jeddah Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production.
3 - 6 years in similar role in FMCG industry specially in deodorant production.
Previous proven machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience.
Must be detail oriented.
Understanding of production and plant processes.
Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Ability to use digital apps & good command in Microsoft office.
Ability to use SCADA systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
Good communication skills
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and manage effectively at a store/customer level.
Understanding channel & customer’s levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth.
Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation (internally & externally).
Strong Bias for action to drive through change with multiple markets /stakeholders. Business Development & channel strategy building.
