1. Responsible for maintaining inventory management for GTHE machine sales for above said franchise.
2. Managing the maximum utilization of GTHE transport fleet resources to reduce outsourcing.
3. Maintain stock receiving, issuing, yard and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies / procedures.
4. Manage customer service activities including Issuance of D/O, customer satisfaction interface with sales dept. requirements.
5. Safeguard fleet operation & safety on loading, transporting the units by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
6. Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles.
7. Manage & coordinate all Logistics activities for the GTHE machine sales; including franchise like, KOMATSU, BOMAG, LINK BELT, TEREX, ATLAS COPCO.
