In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To control and track inbound and outbound shipments locally and internationally.
- To coordinate shipments pickups and deliveries and control relevant shipping documents.
- To monitor suppliers' performance and follow up on relevant information such as quotations, POs, lead times, tracking details, invoices, etc.
- To identify potential suppliers and administer the supplier addition process.
- To communicate with customers effectively and address their needs related to outbound shipments.
- To handle needed approvals and government documents required for clearance of shipments including SABER, Duty Exemptions, Border Authorization, FASH, Bayan, etc.
- To perform and coordinate ERP shipping transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- To build networks, communicate effectively, and direct work with interested parties such as freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, service providers, etc.
- To measure and monitor relevant KPIs and pursue continuous improvement.
- To lead internal meetings related to in transit shipments effectively.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to achieve intended results.
- To contribute in lean transformation effort.
- To adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and policies.

For This Role, You Will Need: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of Relevant experience in logistics.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ERP System (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).
- Knowledge of Saudi customs and shipping regulations
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: - Experience in logistics in a manufacturing environment.
- Certificates in the logistics field (such as CLTD, CILT, etc.).
- Background in Lean Transformation.
