The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Lead initiatives for local content requirements, overseeing progress, ensuring alignment with minimum scores, and engaging stakeholders. Develop plans for future requirements and coordinate with HR and Finance for enhanced activities. Contribute to alfanar Electric's success by achieving the required local content score.
Local Content Requirements Management:
Oversee the implementation and management of local content initiatives across all business units.
Monitor and report on the progress of local content implementation plans, ensuring alignment with committed local content scores.
Ensure compliance with local content regulations and industry standards within business units.
Future Local Content Planning:
Develop and implement plans for future local content requirements, forecasting changes and ensuring proactive strategies are in place.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential local content opportunities and challenges.
Supporting Function Coordination:
Coordinate with supporting functions, such as HR and Finance, to improve activities related to training, resource development, and other factors contributing to local content achievements.
Work closely with these functions to ensure the overall local content score target is met across all relevant business units.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations related to local content to all relevant stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to business units to help them meet local content requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present periodic reports on local content progress, compliance status, and key developments to senior leadership.
Ensure the documentation of local content initiatives and updates are accurate and up to date.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend strategies for continuous improvement in local content management, aiming to exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
