We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lifting Inceptor Trainee for a comprehensive training program that typically spans between 3 to 9 months. The exact duration of the training will depend on the trainee’s progress, with the possibility of completing the program in a shorter timeframe based on performance and skill acquisition.
Upon successful completion of the training program, the trainee will be promoted to the position of Lifting Inspector, with an increase of minimum salary of (7,500 SAR) and greater responsibilities.
Job Purpose
The Lifting Inceptor Trainee is responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of lifting operations in compliance with company safety protocols, standards, and relevant regulations. This position is an entry-level role where the individual will undergo a structured training program to develop skills in lifting operations, equipment handling, and risk assessment. The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to ensure lifting activities are conducted safely and effectively on-site.
