  • The Legal Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal interests of DANAH in all matters related to real estate and facility management. This position ensures legal compliance, manages risks effectively, and facilitates smooth contract negotiations, which collectively protect the company's assets, ensure operational continuity, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
  1. Contract Management
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to facilities and real estate (leases, maintenance agreements, service contracts).
  3. Ensure that all contracts related to real estate acquisitions, leasing, facility maintenance, and vendor agreements fully comply with applicable legal standards, including local, national, and international regulations. The Legal Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining clear documentation and ensuring timely contract review and execution. Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts for easy retrieval and audit purposes.


  1. Real Estate Transactions
  2. Provide legal oversight on real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, and related transactions.
  3. Conduct due diligence on properties being acquired or sold.
  4. Engage with external legal counsel when necessary for complex transactions.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with real estate and facility-related legal regulations.
  7. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks, ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework.
  8. Advise management on changing regulations and their impact on operations.
  9. Litigation Support
  10. Manage legal disputes related to real estate, facilities, or breaches of contract.
  11. Coordinate dispute resolution efforts, including mediation or arbitration, and liaise with external legal counsel for litigation support.

  2. Work cross-functionally with departments such as finance, procurement, and facilities management to align legal strategies with business goals.
  3. Provide legal guidance on property-related business decisions and activities.
  4. Legal Research and Document Preparation
  5. Conduct legal research related to real estate, contracts, and facility management issues.
  6. Prepare legal reports, briefs, and documents to support internal decision-making.
