Legal Manager - Lawyer

We are currently seeking a talented Legal Manager for our client, a well-established organization located in Riyadh. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing legal guidance to support business objectives. A strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, government tenders, labor laws, and contract writing is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles, significant experience in contract management, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges while providing practical solutions.

• Oversee the organization's legal affairs, ensuring strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Meticulous management, drafting, and review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide unwavering legal advice and guidance to senior management and various departments.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to effectively mitigate legal risks.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary and stay unwaveringly updated on legal developments and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
• Conduct assertive training and educational programs to ensure employees are fully compliant with legal standards and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve legal disputes in a timely manner.
