We are on the lookout for a Legal Advisor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal guidance across various aspects of our operations, ensuring that we navigate the complex legal framework within the real estate industry effectively. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and empower the company to make informed strategic decisions that align with our goals.

• Advise on legal matters pertinent to real estate transactions, property management, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
• Identify and analyze legal risks, providing solutions to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
• Represent Awtad in legal negotiations and proceedings, working towards favorable outcomes.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and trends impacting the real estate market and advise accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to staff regarding legal procedures and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to strengthen the company’s legal positions and corporate policies.
