Key Activities:

  • Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on complex real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, marketing, financing agreements and regulatory matters.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence investigations on real estate properties and transactions to identify potential legal and business risks.
  • Litigation Support: Represent the company in real estate-related litigation and disputes, including property disputes, boundary issues, and contract disputes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks related to real estate activities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging real estate laws and trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the real estate development and operations teams to provide proactive legal support.

 

المهارات

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • Admission to the Bar Association in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 7 years practicing law
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations relevant to the real estate operations.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Saudi Real estate.
  • Experience with real estate development projects.
  • Experience with commercial real estate transactions.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) language proficiency.
