Main Responsibilities
- Draft, organize, and file legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain and update legal files, contracts, and other records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the legal team.
- Track regulatory changes and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Liaise with external legal firms, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and summaries on legal matters as needed by the team.
- Manage the preparation and organization of corporate governance documents.
Your Profile
- Significant experience in a legal administrative role, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or retail sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with legal documentation, compliance requirements, and contract management.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal information.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
