Leasing Supervisor (Residential)

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Operations

• Coordinate and oversee daily leasing activities for residential compounds.
• Monitor the leasing process, including inquiries, property tours, application

reviews, and lease signings.

• Ensure timely updates to property availability and maintain accurate records
• of leased units.
• Tenant Relations
• serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely

manner.

• Foster positive tenant relationships to promote retention and renewals.

Marketing and Outreach

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote

vacant residential units.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop advertising materials for
• residential properties.
• Attend local events or community gatherings to attract potential tenants.
• Lease Management

• Ensure lease agreements are prepared, reviewed, and executed according to
• company policies and local laws.
• Supervise the lease renewal process and follow up with tenants on upcoming
• expirations.
• Verify that lease terms comply with Saudi regulations and internal
• policies.
• Team Supervision and Training
• oversee and guide leasing agents to ensure consistent performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to leasing staff on customer service, sales,
• and compliance.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, leasing activity, and tenant
• feedback.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine leasing strategies.
• Recommend improvements to leasing processes to achieve operational
• goals.
