Facilitating learning and development programs and organizing courses. Carrying out capability and skills assessments.Designing blended learning solutions – if needed, for example: digital, face to face, social collaborative learning, coaching. Using digital tools to create, maintain and monitor flexible and innovative learning programs.Identifying training needs and goals by using inputs from PMS or training needs analysis. Contributing to the competency framework development process and assisting in the performance management process. Driving a culture of continuing professional development.Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.Creating a coaching culture in the organization.Continuously evaluating existing courses in market practice, business needs and people strategy and vision in the company. This involves reporting updates on relevance, context and recommending changes or enhancements to the learning and development process. Supporting training audits whenever needed. Fulfilling reporting needs for various related purposes: governmental, institutional and on training progress on the different layers (individuals, departments and organizational) Administrating the learning platform and carrying out expected responsibilities. Support with internal communications for learning and development initiatives and activities across the organization.Coordinates and facilitates partnerships with learning and educational institutions. Monitor and Coordinates various initiatives and activities aimed at promoting happiness and well-being in the workplace, such as team-building events, employee appreciation days, and initiatives to foster work-life balance and flexibility beside updating and organizing for the HR activities calendar and related administrative and communication work. Assisting Organizational development director whenever needed.
