Tamheer Program is a six months on-the-job training program for fresh graduates. Saudi graduates will be enrolled in a training program and will be gaining the required skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of legal compliance programs and policies.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to mitigate potential risks and protect the company’s interests.
Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various matters, including contractual obligations, regulatory issues, and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulatory developments affecting the industry.
Assist in preparing for and managing any legal disputes or audits that may arise.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
