Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Lead Recruiting Coordinator with Talent Operations experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting talent operations and talent branding to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our hiring practices.
Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers. - Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience. - Manage and build a team of distributed Recruiting Coordinators. - Manage the recruitment calendar and logistics, including travel arrangements and interview panels. - Assist in the development and implementation of talent operations processes and best practices. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. - Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company. - Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement. - Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent. - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in recruitment coordination and talent operations, within the SaaS industry. - Proven experience in managing recruitment logistics and providing an exceptional candidate experience. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive improvements in the recruitment process. - Advanced skills in Google Docs, particularly sheets and slides. - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
