Black & Grey HR is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to drive product innovation and technical leadership in high mast lighting solutions for roadways and sports applications. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape next-generation lighting systems that combine efficiency, durability, and cutting-edge technology.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects that set new industry standards.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high mast lighting systems.- Ensure compliance with European, American, and GCC standards.- Develop customized solutions for large-scale roadway and sports lighting projects.- Optimize product performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance needs.- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.- Serve as a technical mentor, providing training and guidance to internal teams.- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in high mast lighting systems.- Expertise in structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of lighting solutions.- Proven ability to lead product innovation and ensure regulatory compliance.- Strong communication skills to engage with technical teams and key stakeholders.
