Role Summary:
The Communication Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role will play a crucial part in shaping and maintaining the overall company's brand image and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a strategic communication plan that covers both internal and external communication plans to support the company's objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and manage relationships with key media outlets and PR agencies whether it’s locally or regionally.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other relevant materials.
- Provide timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the company communication roadmap and establish guidelines that reflect our internal and external communication strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of effective communication practices.
- Maintain strong relations necessary stakeholders through direct communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and platforms.
- Plan and execute initiatives to promote increased brand visibility, and positive brand identity.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess impact and make data-driven improvements.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior communication role, with a proven track record of in implementing successful communication strategies; experience with the KSA market is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in communication and issues management.
- Project management skills to oversee communication initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong technical background with expertise in various communication platforms and channels and analytics tools to measure and track campaign performance.
- Proficient in English & Arabic language.
