We are looking for a dedicated Last Mile Delivery Operations Professional to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our delivery processes from our Riyadh warehouse. This role focuses on managing last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely execution, and driving customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with delivery partners, monitor key metrics, and contribute to the overall improvement of logistics operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage last-mile delivery operations from KSA warehouses to GCC customers, ensuring punctual and efficient order fulfillment.
• Oversee the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensure seamless coordination for timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customs and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Track key metrics like delivery times, returns, and backlogs, addressing any operational issues proactively.
• Conduct regular reviews and visits with delivery partners to improve performance and streamline allocation.
• Identify and implement industry best practices by analyzing market needs and competitor activities.
• Provide ongoing operational insights and reports to leadership, highlighting progress and challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in the last-mile delivery sector within UAE/KSA, especially with 3PL logistics.
• Familiarity with customs processes and delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
